As CEO of Charleston based STEALTH® Concealment Solutions, Inc. for over eight years, Sean McLernon has injected sound business experience into the already successful industry pioneer – with outstanding results. Under McLernon’s direction, the Company has expanded its products and services – and experienced record growth. Prior to joining STEALTH, McLernon spent 15 years implementing the practice of process and systems thinking – both domestically and internationally – for a broad range of Fortune 500 clients. Sean McLernon is a published author of articles featuring a wide range of business issues and a seasoned presenter, now focused on wireless antenna concealment education.
For over 10 years, Shelly Eicher has been accountable for all STEALTH® financials. She also serves as the company’s director of Human Resources, ensuring a knowledgeable and committed STEALTH staff supports our company and its customers. Prior to joining the STEALTH team, Eicher served in financial and hospital administration roles for over ten years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, with a minor in Political Science, from Ball State University.
Mike Reineck, Vice President, Field Operations and Installation
As a concealment industry founder, Mike Reineck was responsible for the design and fabrication of the industry’s first concealment. Today, over 20 years later, he continues to help develop the finest, cutting-edge concealments in our industry. In addition to his extensive expertise in concealment design, Reineck has personally fabricated hundreds of custom applications manufactured only by STEALTH®. In an ongoing quest for both product and process improvements, Mike Reineck has spent considerable time in the field, assisting customers with concealment installation.
Trey Nemeth, Vice-President, Operations
Trey Nemeth has served the concealment industry for fifteen years. His vast knowledge of custom designs allows STEALTH® to provide unique solutions for nearly any concealment challenge. Throughout his career, he has been involved with the design, manufacture and installation of thousands of concealment projects, both standard and custom, including several award-winning concealment sites. Due to Nemeth’s vast engineering and technology experience, STEALTH® has been awarded patents and currently manufactures a number of patent-pending products. Trey Nemeth earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
Ken Wedholm, Global/Eastern Regional Sales Manager
For over fourteen years, Ken Wedholm has worked with STEALTH® to manage, research, develop and sell wireless industry concealment products. Today Wedholm is responsible for all product sales in the Eastern Region, leading a sales rep force equipped with exceptional concealment product knowledge and wireless communications experience. In addition, Wedholm is responsible for the company’s expansion into global markets. His extensive planning and zoning knowledge helps STEALTH® hone in on and provide the most appropriate concealment solution for any wireless site requirement.
Chris Hills, Western Regional Sales Manager
Chris Hills has served the wireless industry since 1996, including STEALTH® for nearly ten years. Hills leads a highly knowledgeable Western Region sales rep force, all possessing a strong combination of concealment and wireless communications expertise. His territory ranges from the Mississippi River to Hawaii. Hills’ vast product knowledge, together with his many years of experience, provide STEALTH® the unique opportunity to utilize the very best sources for site solutions from start to finish.
